Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods below are exempt from being returned.
- Heath care products
- Gift cards
- Personalised Items
- Used Items
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund or store credit if approved. If your return is rejected our returns team will contact you to explain why and arrange the return of your items.
There are certain situations where only partial/no refunds are granted:
- Any item not in original packaging.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
All refunds are automatically applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.
Credit/Debit Card refunds usually take between 3-5 days to clear.
PayPal refunds can take up to 15 working days to clear.
Other payment methods refund times are at discretion of the external company
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take up to 15 days depending on your payment method. Please contact us if your refund hasn’t cleared after 15 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Returning your items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
